The public is hereby notified that Mr. Anthony Ogochukwu Umeozor, who was formerly a Deputy Registrar in Federal Polytechnic Oko, is no longer in the employment of the polytechnic. The said Mr. Umeozor was dismissed from service by the Governing Council of the polytechnic effective October 28, 2025.

The dismissal became necessary due to a case of falsification of age that was established against Mr. Anthony Ogochukwu Umeozor; following a thorough investigation by a properly constituted disciplinary committee in line with the extant rules.

This unfortunate and unwholesome act is listed as a serious misconduct under the public service rules, chapter 10 section 4 rule 100402, of which ultimate penalty is dismissal from service as enshrined in rule 100407 of the public service rules.

Consequently, the general public is notified and warned to desist from conducting any business with Mr. Umeozor on behalf of Federal Polytechnic Oko . Anyone who does so is doing so at their own risk as Federal Polytechnic Oko will not be held liable for any eventuality.
