The Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, today presented appointment letter to Mr. John Omaliko of the Audit Unit, confirming him as the new Acting Chief Internal Auditor of the institution.

Mr. Omaliko, a Chief Accountant, holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). He is happily married with children.

Described as a “round peg in a round hole,” his appointment reflects the administration’s commitment to placing competent professionals in key positions. Dr. Awuzie expressed confidence that Mr. Omaliko will bring diligence, accountability, and transparency to the office.
