Sit JAMB UTME
Register and sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with JAMB. Choose Federal Poly Oko as your institution.
Check Cut-Off
Ensure your JAMB score meets the minimum cut-off mark for your chosen programme. ND requires 120+, HND direct entry applies separately.
Buy Admission Form
Purchase the Post-UTME screening form through the school portal or approved banks. Keep your payment receipt safely.
Sit Screening
Attend the Post-UTME screening exercise on campus on the scheduled date. Bring original copies of all required documents.
Accept & Register
Accept your admission on the JAMB portal, then complete school registration, pay school fees, and begin lectures.
ND PROGRAMMES
National Diploma Requirement
- Minimum of 5 O'Level credits (WAEC/NECO/GCE) including English Language and Mathematics
- Minimum JAMB UTME score of 120 (programme-specific minimums may be higher)
- Credits in 3 relevant subject areas for your chosen programme
- Post-UTME screening exercise (date communicated on portal)
- Age: Minimum 16 years as at the time of admission
- Valid means of identification (National ID, Birth Certificate, or International Passport)
HND PROGRAMMES
Higher National Diploma Requirement
- ND (Lower Credit and above) in a relevant discipline from an NBTE-accredited institution
- Minimum of one (1) year post-ND industrial work experience (SIWES)
- 5 credits O'Level WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings
- Direct Entry applicants must apply through the institutional portal
- Application form, transcripts from previous institution, and testimonial
- Letter for completion of the Industrial Training (IT)
- In exceptional cases, ND diplomats with a pass (CG PA of 2.00 – 2.49) and industrial experience of not less than two (2) years in the specific field may be considered for admission into the HND programme.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
- Applicants are advised to generate an invoice from any business centre, make payments at the banks and proceed to any business centre or the Polytechnic’s MICT Unit for registration.
- Applicants who are not ND graduates of Federal Polytechnic, Oko, are to apply to their institutions for forwarding of their Academic Transcripts to the Registrar, quoting the Department the candidates are applying for. Applications from such applicants will not be processed until the transcripts are received.
