Dear Comrades,

On this occasion of Workers’ Day, I extend warm greetings and heartfelt appreciation to all members of our labour unions within the Federal Polytechnic, Oko community, and other allied bodies, for your unwavering commitment to duty, institutional development, and collective progress.

This day reminds us of the dignity of labour and the indispensable role every staff member plays in sustaining the vision and mission of our great institution. I acknowledge, with deep respect, the sacrifices, professionalism, and resilience you continue to demonstrate in the face of evolving challenges within the academic environment.

As we move forward, I sincerely appeal for your continued support, understanding, and collaboration in fostering a harmonious working relationship. It is only through unity of purpose and mutual respect that we can consolidate the gains of peace, stability, and productivity on our campus.

Let us remain committed to dialogue over discord, cooperation over conflict, and progress over division. Together, we can strengthen the foundation of excellence for which Federal Polytechnic, Oko is known, and ensure a more productive and peaceful academic environment for all.
